If you decide to proceed with testing during the same visit, the $49 is waived.

The company that finds the mold should not be the company that profits from removing it.
Many companies that test for mold also offer remediation. Separating testing from remediation avoids a potential financial conflict, because the company evaluating the property does not profit from the remediation work that may follow. We do not perform remediation, and we have no financial stake in what the lab reports. If you need a remediation contractor afterwards, we can refer you to vetted ones.
What We Test
Every sample is analyzed by an independent accredited third-party laboratory. We never analyze samples in-house.
Air Quality Testing
Calibrated air pumps collect samples from multiple locations and compare them against an outdoor control sample. Air sampling may provide useful information about airborne fungal spores when it is appropriate for the investigation.

Surface Sampling
Tape-lift or swab samples from visible growth are analyzed by the laboratory, which reports the fungal structures or types present according to its analytical method. Locations are documented in photos.

Post-Remediation Verification
Evaluates the remediated area against the verification criteria for the project using visual observations, moisture conditions, and sampling when appropriate. You receive a Post-Remediation Verification Report.
